onitsuka tiger mini are live performance this Friday at downtown Sacramentos all ages music venue The Ace of Spaces. Smoov-E was the second headlining act along with several other rappers and DJs who put on a four hour show to a near capacity crowd. The warm Friday night and a raucous crowd made the evening special. The police were out and the club was enforcing a no gang colors code that night. But nothing could prevent Too $horts multitude of fans from enjoying an evening of live rap music and the chance of meeting one of the genres true greats.

I found it refreshing to see a rapper just perform solo (without back up rappers or an entourage on the stage) and Smoov-E didnt disappoint his fans who came out to see him and sing-a-long to many of his older songs. 6pm onitsuka tiger o put on an interactive show with a couple of female acts and some new up and coming rappers whom he showcased on stage. Too $hort performed one of his classic raps along with some material off of his new album No Trespassing.
A fun show that had a no bring drama and everyone had a blast (despite the pat down from security and cops in front of the club). My only complaint was I wished Too $hort performed longer because the crowd wanted an encore performance.
