But does it really matter that they waited two decades to make a sequel that no one really ever wanted but loads of moviegoers still flocked to see when it hit the theaters? Not really. Its fun. Its silly. And even though it will probably be forgotten almost as soon as it arrives on DVD and Blu-Ray in a few months, it still accomplished its two main goals: First and foremost, it made money. And secondly, (arguably more important, as well,) it was really, really, REALLY dumb.
